Krishna describes the all-pervading nature of the Supreme. 'Sarvataḥ pāṇi-pādaṁ'—hands and feet everywhere. 'Sarvato 'kṣi-śiro-mukham'—eyes, heads, and faces everywhere. 'Sarvataḥ śrutimat'—ears everywhere. 'Loke sarvam āvṛtya tiṣṭhati'—it exists in the world, enveloping all. This doesn't mean the Supreme has physical limbs. It means the Supreme is present everywhere—in every hand, every foot, every eye, every head, every face, every ear. The Supreme pervades everything. When you understand this, you recognize that the Supreme—the ultimate knower—is present in all fields. Every individual consciousness is connected to the Supreme Consciousness. The field is diverse—many bodies, many forms. But the knower—the Supreme—is one, pervading all. This understanding helps you see the unity behind diversity.
How this ancient wisdom applies to your daily life

Krishna describes the all-pervading nature of the Supreme. The Supreme has hands and feet everywhere, eyes, heads, and faces everywhere, ears everywhere. It exists in the world, enveloping all. This doesn't mean the Supreme has physical limbs. It means the Supreme is present everywhere—in every hand, every foot, every eye, every form. The Supreme pervades everything. Most people see only diversity—different people, different forms, different experiences. They think: 'We're all separate. Everyone is different.' But they're seeing only the field—diverse, changing, separate. They don't recognize the unity behind diversity. When you understand the Supreme's all-pervading nature, you see the unity behind diversity. Every individual consciousness is connected to the Supreme Consciousness. The field is diverse—many bodies, many forms. But the knower—the Supreme—is one, pervading all. Diversity is in the field. Unity is in the knower. When you recognize this, you see beyond the field to the knower that pervades it. You recognize your connection to all through the Supreme. You're not isolated in the field. You're connected through the knower—the Supreme that pervades all. This understanding creates unity where there seemed to be only diversity.

Do you see only diversity, or do you recognize the unity behind it? Do you see only the field, or do you recognize the knower that pervades all? What would change if you understood the Supreme's all-pervading nature?
