The Yoga of the Supreme Person

Krishna continues revealing His presence: 'Gām āviśya ca bhūtāni dhārayāmy aham ojasā'—entering the earth, I sustain all beings by My energy. Krishna permeates the earth and sustains all living beings through His energy. This isn't abstract—it's the actual mechanism of existence. Every being is sustained by Krishna's energy. 'Puṣṇāmi cauṣadhīḥ sarvāḥ somo bhūtvā rasātmakaḥ'—having become the moon, I nourish all herbs with the essence of life. The moon (as Soma) provides the essence that nourishes plants. Krishna manifests as the moon to nourish all vegetation. This reveals Krishna's intimate involvement in the material world—not distant, but present, sustaining and nourishing. He's not separate from creation—He's actively sustaining it. Understanding this transforms how you see existence: not as independent, but as sustained by the Supreme. Every breath, every heartbeat, every plant's growth—all sustained by Krishna's energy.
