The Reveal and Battle

The disguise falls. The warrior rises. The exile ends.

Story Summary

As Brihannala and Prince Uttara approach the massive Kaurava army, the prince's terror overwhelms him and he attempts to flee. Arjuna catches him by the hair and reveals his true identity, instilling courage in the young prince. They journey to the sacred Sami tree where Arjuna's weapons are hidden, and when Prince Uttara retrieves the Gandiva bow and celestial weapons, the truth is confirmed. Brihannala transforms into Arjuna, the divine warrior. The battle begins, and Arjuna faces the entire Kaurava army alone, defeating each major warrior one by one: Karna, Drona, Bhishma, Kripacharya, Dushasana, and Duryodhana. The Kauravas are driven back in defeat, the cattle are recovered, and victory is achieved. When they return to court, Princess Uttara testifies to the Pandavas' valor, and Bhishma makes the authoritative declaration: the thirteen-year exile has been completed. The Pandavas are legally released from their vow and can now return to claim their kingdom.
