Story Summary
With all peace attempts exhausted, both the Pandavas and Kauravas accept that war is inevitable and begin final preparations. Armies are mobilized, commanders are selected, and both sides gather their forces. The Pandavas appoint Dhrishtadyumna as their commander-in-chief, while the Kauravas prepare to appoint Bhishma. Both armies begin the march to Kurukshetra, the sacred battlefield where the great war will be fought. Upon arrival, both sides establish their camps, make final preparations with weapons and strategies, and the tension builds as war becomes imminent. The stage is set for the greatest battle in history.
