Third Eye Chakra: Center of Intuition and Wisdom

Today's challenge

"Information overload from screens and media creating mental fog"

Chakras visualization

The Third Eye Chakra, or Ajna, is your center of intuition, insight, and inner wisdom. Located between your eyebrows, it governs your ability to see beyond the physical, trust your intuition, and access higher consciousness. When balanced, you have clear insight, strong intuition, and mental clarity. When imbalanced, you may experience confusion, poor judgment, or disconnection from inner guidance. Chakras can become blocked, underactive, or overactive due to overthinking, lack of trust in intuition, or excessive mental activity. This can lead to headaches, vision problems, lack of clarity, or becoming lost in imagination without grounding.

"There is nothing in this world as purifying as knowledge. One who is perfected in yoga finds this within himself in time."

The Third Eye Chakra is the seat of intuition, discernment (viveka), and inner vision. BG 4.38 is its north star: jnana — direct inner knowing — is the highest purifier. This is not intellectual knowledge but the lived realization of truth that comes from sustained inner practice. Ajna is the faculty that allows Arjuna to finally see through the field of battle and understand Krishna's teaching: not as words, but as direct perception of reality.
